Stainless steel grade 302 fasteners are made of super austenitic steel with a combination of nitrogen and molybdenum, making this alloy have high resistance properties against crevice corrosion and pitting. Stainless steel 302 fasteners are two times stronger than 316 grade, which is why they are applicable in extreme workability. Stainless steel 302 fasteners have amazing tensile and yield strength. Cold working up to 120°C for re-annealing and heating up to 1149°C for forging is recommended. These stainless steel fasteners are available in different sizes, standards, and specifications.
Applications: Stainless steel 302 fasteners are very pliable and strong. This grade is highly resistant to the marine environment, including a high amount of chloride; hence it is used in applications like seawater handling equipment, flue gas desulphurization units in power plants, etc.

Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All pipes are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.
At JF Engineering Products LLP, all fasteners are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
Delivery time and delivery dates are based on the "type and quantity" of steel ordered. Our sales team will provide a delivery schedule when quoting to you. On rare occasions the delivery schedule may change so please check with our sales department when placing any orders.
