The Nickel 200 Flange is a material component known for its robust properties in diverse operational conditions. This remarkable engineering feat, which encompasses the power of nickel in its purest form, demonstrates a unique confluence of attributes that make it stand apart in the realm of specialized flanges.
Nickel 200 is a solid solution strengthened, commercially pure wrought material at its core. Its primary characteristic is impressive corrosion resistance, which is excellent against various substances, including caustic alkalis. Furthermore, it possesses superior resistance to corrosion by neutral and alkaline salt solutions. Its corrosion resistance property is inextricably linked to the fact that the metal, when exposed to atmospheric conditions, develops a passive oxide film that protects the underlying material from further reaction.
In addition to its corrosion resistance, the Nickel 200 Flange offers high thermal and electrical conductivity. It efficiently conducts heat and electricity, making it an ideal component in environments where these attributes are essential. This property can be attributed to Nickel 200's metallic structure, enabling it to perform under fluctuating temperatures, which may cause other materials to lose efficiency.
The mechanical properties of Nickel 200 Flange are also notable. The flange exhibits good ductility over various temperatures and excellent resistance to many corrosives, particularly hydroxides. Its ductility makes it easy to form and manipulate, resulting in lower costs associated with handling and manufacturing.
The magnetic flange has a very low work hardening rate, making it suitable for various applications where flexibility and resilience are necessary. This low work-hardening rate also ensures that the Nickel 200 Flange can be used in applications requiring repeated thermal cycling without the risk of becoming brittle over time.
Despite the hardness of the Nickel 200 Flange, it's notably easy to weld and fabricate. It responds well to most standard fabrication practices, including welding, a critical feature for flanges as they often need to be incorporated into complex assemblies.
From a chemical perspective, Nickel 200 Flange contains a minimum of 99.2% Nickel, making it one of the purest forms of nickel available. This high Nickel content contributes significantly to its unique set of properties, thereby enhancing its versatility.
The Nickel 200 Flange is an amalgamation of significant properties like corrosion resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, ductility, ease of fabrication, and a high percentage of pure Nickel.

Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All pipes are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.
At JF Engineering Products LLP, all fasteners are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
